Kendrick Lamar has confirmed that Dr. Dre is indeed working with him on the former's upcoming album.

Despite being a new billionaire, Dre. is "focused like he always been ... focused on music," according to Lamar, who also discussed his newfound fame and celebrity status with Seattle's KUBE 93.

As for Dre's own album, Detox, who knows if we'll ever see that mythical project in real life. But at least he's still working on music in some form.

In the clip, Lamar also revealed that reports of his recent, "modest" home purchase are true, but he's actually buying strategic pieces of real estate to widen his financial portfolio to plan for the future. So he's more than just a good MC.
