Robin Thicke continues his strange "Get Her Back" campaign on this Monday morning with an awkward video for his song/plea for his estranged wife Paula Patton to take him back.

The frustratingly weird video, which finds a naked and bloodied Thicke getting kind of cozy with a lookalike of Patton, opens with presumably dramatized versions of his and Patton's own actual text message conversations.

As we previously reported, Thicke's new album, Paula, is a tribute to her. But as the texts in the video suggest, he's informed her of this and she's responded: "I don't care."

If anything, the video—which can be seen below—provides further proof that Thicke is better off keeping his private life private instead of pushing it on fans in this uncomfortable fashion.

Paula arrives on July 1.
