After plenty of rumors and speculation, N.E.R.D. returned Wednesday with a new single "Lemon," featuring Rihanna.

The group, comprised of Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley, had been expected to release new music, especially with a scheduled performed this weekend at ComplexCon in Long Beach.

The appearance will mark the band's first since 2014. They have also been teasing the phrase "No One Ever Really Dies," perhaps indication of an album title. Their last project was 2010's Nothing.

"Lemon" is out now on streaming platforms and is also accompanied by a video directed by Todd Tourso and Scott Cudmore, the former of whom is a longtime Beyoncé collaborator.
