Following the release of his debut self-titled album, Dexter Tortoriello (aka Dawn Golden) has shared an emotional video for "Still Life," one of the most dynamic cuts off the record.

According to Tortoriello (who also makes up one-half of Houses), the song follows a narrative of two people whose relationship is slowly crumbling, being held by a string. "You're watching the slack tighten and maybe it's because the other person is moving away ... you know you could just let go, but it's the only thing keeping you from sinking like a stone."

Tortoriello will hit the road next month supporting Metronomy. Dawn Golden is out now via Diplo's Mad Decent/Downtown Records.
