As Sam Smith continues trekking across the globe in support of his debut album, In the Lonely Hour, the British crooner this week stopped by BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge.

He performed a cover of Tracy Chapman's 1988 single "Fast Car."

While it's not the most riveting of Smith's performances, he makes it his own and still gives an emotional rendition. And what's not to love when you're listening to that voice anyway!
