Indie crooner Jarell Perry is offering his take on Drake's "Own It" and it's such a jam.

The Orange County singer, who got his start with homemade demos recorded in his UCLA dorm room, has written for the likes of Chris Brown and Diplo. He recently linked up with another fellow rising artist, producer HSVN (pronounced Has-san), who has collaborated with Perry on new project expected before the end of the year.

In the meantime, Perry's version of "Own It," while structurally different from the original, is pure satin, very polished and complimented perfectly by the singer's corresponding video.
