Regina Spektor introduced two new tracks this week during a performance Wednesday night at New York's Irving Plaza, signaling the possibility of a new album on the horizon.

Spektor's performance of new song "Party Upstairs" and another unofficially referred to as "Stay" was part of a benefit for Doctors without Borders, one of the leading organizations helping fight Ebola in West Africa. Other performers included a mix of comedians and musicians such as Fred Armisen, Jim Gaffigan, Ted Leo and more.

This past May marked two years since the release of Spektor's last album, What We Saw from the Cheap Seats.
