Only hours after Merle Haggard's passing on Wednesday, Mumford & Sons paid tribute to the country icon with a rendition of "Okie from Muskogee" during their show last night.

Perhaps even more fitting, the group's show was in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which is about 50 miles away from Muskogee, where Haggard had actually been scheduled to perform this summer.
