Just over a month before the release of her debut album The Fool, Ryn Weaver has shared the captivating video for the title track.

"I wanted to touch on the shifting power dynamic within relationships in a surrealist, psychedelic medium," she says of the clip, explaining that it drew inspiration from Japanese animation film studio Studio Ghibli. "I've come to realize that my own empowerment has the tendency to result in emasculation and a new dependency that only heightens my fear of commitment."

The Fool is out June 16 but you can see the video below (via The Fader).
