Sam Hunt took the stage Thursday night at Club Nokia for Grammy in the Schools Live!, a special pre-Grammys event for high school musicians in the Los Angeles area.

It's part of the Recording Academy's Grammy Camp - Jazz Session, which allows high school vocalists and instrumentalists to audition and take part in various music industry events and career programs.

For Hunt, the appearance comes days ahead of the 58th Grammys, where he's up for Best New Artist and Best Country Album.
