Larry David appeared during the cold open of Saturday's Tracy Morgan-hosted episode of Saturday Night Live, delivering a brilliant impression as Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders.

Since Sanders' entry into the 2016 race, many have pointed out similarities between the two men. And David's exaggerated performance last night was kind of perfect.

His version of Sanders complained about banks, specifically the ones that chain their pens to the desk; he blasted email, because of his own difficult recovering his password; and he slammed billionaires, that elite class with three and four pairs of underwear, in contrast to his one pair of underwear that he dries on his radiator.

Update: Speaking on ABC's This Week, Sanders himself joked that David may be utilized at future campaign rallies, explaining that he does Bernie Sanders "better than I do."
