As The Weeknd's massive, star-making year comes to a close, the Toronto singer took the stage Sunday night at the American Music Awards to deliver a fiery performance of his No. 1 hit "The Hills."

Of course, his big year is hardly over yet. As we previously mentioned, he can likely expect to nab multiple Grammy nominations when they are announced on Dec. 7.
