Indie duo The Last Names are preparing to debut their first full-length effort on Oct. 2, but this week the band is providing an interesting look behind the scenes of the creation of their vinyl artwork and packaging.

Based out of Kingston, N.Y., the group, which is comprised of husband and wife Justin Wells and Darbie Nowatka, has spent most of the summer working on their 52 Covers project, covering songs from the likes of Bob Dylan and Brian Eno. While the project is still in progress, it's clear The Last Names are bursting with great talent. Pre-order their debut album Wilderness here.
