Brooklyn duo The Last Royals announced on Wednesday their West Coast tour with The Hush Sound, and songstress Sydney Wayser, which will kick off Sunday, March 3, at The Troubadour in Los Angeles. The tour also includes shows in Seattle, San Francisco, Denver and a debut in Austin at SXSW. See all tour dates listed below.

In support of their tour announcement the pair—Eric James and Mason Ingram—has premiered the music video for their “Friday Night (Tribe of Zebras Remix)” today via Jay Z’s Life + Times. The visuals, directed by Doug Garth Williams, make the gritty-trap remix come alive by setting it against some destructive footage of old-school TVs being lit on fire and smashed out with sledgehammers.

As we previously heralded, The Last Royals together create a combination of decadent indie pop and synthy electro sounds worthy of placement on any playlist. Their album, Twistification, is a must-hear for 2013. Even Hov thinks so.

Watch the video below, followed by the original cut of "Friday Night."
