Paramore made a delightful stop in Milwaukee this month, which turned out to be one of the final dates of the band's current North American trek.

The trio of Hayley Williams, Zac Farro and Taylor York played at the Fiserv Forum on Aug. 1, one of a string of shows for the band after they halted their tour last month, at the time stating they were dealing with "illness within the touring party." As it turns out, Williams had been trying to recover from a lung infection, which she believed she had recovered from after rescheduling several shows and resuming the tour in Tulsa on July 29 at the BOK Center, but the band has since canceled the remainder of their North American shows.

Unfortunately, after several dates back on the road, Williams confirmed last week she is still struggling from the infection and she needs more time to fully heal without risking further long-term damage to her lungs.

“I have been doing everything I can to fight this infection so we wouldn’t have to disappoint anyone with more news of postponements and cancellations,” the singer said on Instagram. “After struggling through the last few shows and consulting with my doctor, we’re unfortunately realizing that it’s past the point of wanting to push through to put on a good show for all of you."

Their show at the Fiserv Forum included support by Foals and The Linda Lindas. As of right now, Paramore is still scheduled to play The New Yorker Festival in October, followed by Australia and New Zealand dates in November.
