As live music continues its extraordinary surge, Re:SET has proven itself one of the summer's more unique and special live events this year.

The collaborative effort between Propeller and AEG Presents, has been trekking across the country with headliners LCD Soundsystem, boygenius (aka Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus) and Steve Lacy as well a wonderful selection of artists, including Clairo, Dijon, Jamie xx, Big Freedia, James Blake, Toro y Moi and more.

The tour, which benefits the Natural Resources Defense Council, PTM Foundation, Sounds Of Saving and Headcount, has stopped in Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Diego, New Orleans, Boston, Dallas, New York and other cities, with each show also raising funds for hand-selected local charities in each of the markets hosting one of the shows.

Most fans are probably familiar with AEG as the parent company behind popular festivals such as Coachella, Hangout Festival, Electric Forest and Firefly Festival, among others, while Propeller pairs non-profit organizations with music acts and live events to incentivize activism and raise awareness for causes.

Variance's Josh Darr was on hand for the Chicago shows and captured some of the magical moments seen below.
