After the recent announcement of her upcoming Kelly Finnigan-produced LP, Trouble Is, set to drop on Oct. 6 as a joint release via Trash Casual and SoulStep Records, Nashville-based singer-songwriter Alanna Royale has shared her '90s throwback visual for the lead single "Run Around." 

The video pays homage to the coming-of-age experience many of us remember with heavy nostalgia: flirting with friends at the roller rink back in the day. Directed by Royale herself and shot by Watershed Media, it features warm throwback vibes and is chock full of retro-aesthetics that has us fondly thinking of the past. The song blends elements of pop and neo-soul into a soulful emotional ode that connects with us in a genuine way.
