On Thursday, NF returned with new music.

The Michigan rapper and artist formally known as Nate Feuerstein began teasing new music this week on social media, then teasing on Wednesday his new song "Hope" would arrive today. As promised, it's here! And it's another stinger.

In the newly released track and its accompanying video, NF is lyrically (and visually) at war with himself, sparring with his own voice as he seems to be trying to get to other side of a dark chapter. The song is the title track off NF's upcoming album Hope, which is available today for pre-order. It will be released on April 7.

"Thirty years of running, thirty years of searching / Thirty years of hurting, thirty years of pain / Thirty years of fearful, thirty years of anger / Thirty years of empty, thirty years of shame," he raps in the closing seconds of the track.

The accompanying clip was directed by Feuerstein alongside his longtime collaborator Patrick Tohill.
