It's a busy Friday—as always, but today we get new music from Noah Cyrus, and it's a collaboration with none other than Benjamin Gibbard. Yes, the frontman of Death Cab For Cutie!

The two singers have joined forces for a beautifully heartbreaking new track called "Every Beginning Ends," which chronicles the demise of a tired relationship. But of course, the two vocalists make for an enchanting listen, as Cyrus previews what is somehow her debut album, titled The Hardest Part, which is out Sept. 16 via Columbia Records.

“That was such a surreal experience. I’ve always been such a huge fan, so it was pretty daunting to get in the room with him, but once we got to work it all came very naturally," says Cyrus of working with Gibbard. “We talked about past relationships, failed relationships, our parents’ relationships, and relationships that have lasted forever. He told me his dad has a saying: ‘you have to wake up and choose to love someone every day,’ and it sparked this conversational song about the twilight of a relationship and the reluctance to admit that something has run its course. I relate to that in many ways, not only with me, but also just with my parents’ relationship. Writing about that gave me more understanding.”

How can you not love this collaboration?? Go ahead and listen.
