Rising Irish singer Flynn wants to talk about the "Elephant" in his room in his infectious new single, which is out today.

The uplifting new track is accompanied by a humorous video which puts into visuals the very relatable lyrics, which come from the U.K.-based singer's struggle with mental health issues and anxiety.

"'Elephant' means a lot to me. It takes a lot for me to talk about my mental health in a song," says Flynn. "It’s always like a huge weight off my shoulders when I eventually get to open up. Music is honestly the best form of therapy for me.”
