Hold up. Summer isn't over! Shawn Mendes said so.

The singer on Friday released a new song called "Summer of Love," a collaboration with Tainy. Accompanied by a daydream-inspired video shot in Mallorca, Spain, the clip shows Mendes enjoying his best life with his friends, coasting along the ocean and riding around in fancy cars.

“I hope this song makes people feel free, free from the weight of life, even if just for a moment,” says Mendes of the new track. “The inspiration was getting a few months off to have a real summer with the people I love. My favorite part about creating it was getting the opportunity to work in the studio with Tainy. It was a special experience connecting with him since he’s such an incredible artist and amazing producer.”
