Arkells are back with new music and a new album and a new video. Yes, yes and yes.

The Canadian alt-rockers on Thursday shared a new song called "One Thing I Know," accompanied by a video which sees the band taking over a No Frills store (grocery store) in downtown Toronto. And as one does when you hang out after hours in a supermarket, they get pretty rowdy, performing throughout the aisles and in the produce section, dancing on the conveyer belts at the checkout counter.

Along with the new song comes an announcement that the band will also release their sixth studio album Blink Once, out Sept. 30 via Universal Music Canada. 

"Now more than ever, it seems our lives can change in the blink of an eye," says Arkells frontman Max Kerman. "We began working on this album before the world changed and this title felt right given where we've collectively landed. Everyday you wake up and you think you know a lot of stuff, then it turns out – you don't."
