Summer might be months away, but Milwaukee indie-pop outfit REYNA are offering up a glimmer of sunshine with their new single "Heartbeat."

The sister duo made up of Victoriah and Hannah Gabriela Banuelos released the new song on Tuesday and it's accompanied by a music video—their first—directed by Savannah Ziemann and Conor Tarnowski. Easily fitting alongside the likes of Carly Rae Jepsen, CHVRCHES and St. Lucia, this new track is buttery pop gold.

"For the video, we created a dark and delusional fantasy world where we tie down our lovers and feed them a love potion cake to symbolize our infatuation," says REYNA of the newly released video. "We got to put our Mexican culture in the spotlight and had so much fun decorating the set with conchas, prayer candles, calaveras, etc."

The song comes ahead of new music being released soon via Universal Music, in addition to their debut EP, which is expected in the coming months.

For now, check out the video for "Heartbeat" below.
