Rising singer Kelsey Byrne (aka Vérité) is keeping the music goodness coming, this time with a delectable cover of The 1975’s “Somebody Else," from their recent album I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it.

While the song was already one of our favorites of the year, the singer's take on it is breathtaking, with a revved up chorus and Byrne's vocals flawlessly on display.

“I am a big fan of The 1975's vision, aesthetic and how effective their writing is,” Byrne said of her decision to cover the track. “‘Somebody Else’ is so simple, relatable and well written. I really wanted to take it into my world and reinterpret it a bit."
