Mark Zito (aka Fractures) is getting a head start on the weekend Thursday with the release of his new song "Addiction."

The Melbourne-based singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist today shared the riveting new track, which is out now via FADER Label. Reflective of the harsh consequences of falling in love, the song itself is a brilliant fusion of Zito's wisping vocals and his rich, magnetic production. It's a preview of his upcoming EP III, the followup to last year's Reset EP, out on Feb. 27.

"Pop music influences a lot of my decisions no matter what music I write," says Zito of the new music. "It feels like a new direction for me but ultimately it’s something I’ve always had up my sleeve."
