Variance favorite Ryan Egan is back with new music.

Following his September release "Cruel Times," he has now linked with a string quartet for his new track "I Feel Like Crying," a song about the sheer joy of finding real love and something of a departure from his past material.

"The song was not originally intended for strings but while playing with different arrangement ideas, I quickly realized that moving in a more acoustic, nostalgic direction helped deliver the song's mood," says Egan. "I wanted something lush and soaring, a sonic representation of those early days of young love, an often naive and emotionally overwhelming time."
