Just days after releasing his stunning new single "Don't Hold Me," emerging Swedish powerhouse Sandro Cavazza has shared a gripping live, acoustic session for the track, premiering exclusively with Variance.

"Don't Hold Me" is the second preview of Cavazza's self-titled debut EP, which is expected to arrive in April. While he is still a relative newcomer, he previously appeared on Avicii's last album Stories. And his collaboration with Lost Frequencies, "Beautiful Life," was featured overseas as part of last year's Summer Olympics coverage.

The soaring new cut, which was inspired by an internal struggle and a need to let go, is included in Variance's newly released Sounds of Spring Mixtape, our seasonal playlist of the best and brightest and music.

Of the live session, which was recorded in a beautiful church, Cavazza said: "It's simply an amazing place to be in for many reasons; the acoustics, the art and the atmosphere fits perfect for the acoustic tone of the song."

Watch the live session below, followed by the original studio version of "Don't Hold Me," which is a must-hear. The acoustic rendition is also available now.
