After releasing a new song earlier this month, Future Islands is now extending their live schedule.
The band on Wednesday announced a new round of summer North American tour dates, beginning Aug. 26 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It includes a number of both Canadian and U.S. shows, with stops in Calgary, Edmonton, Reno, Santa Barbara, Austin, New Orleans, Nashville and Washington, D.C.
Some tickets are available starting today through a pre-sale, with the general on-sale starting this Friday at 10 a.m. local time.
Their song "Calliope" can be heard here via Adult Swim and the tour dates can be seen below.
