The 1975 has shared a video for "Me & You Together Song," just weeks after the track itself arrived.

Frontman Matty Healy confirmed last month the band is delaying their new album Notes On A Conditional Form, which will arrive on April 24 instead of in February. "Me & You" is the most recent preview of the new record.

In addition to the new song, The 1975 recently confirmed plans for a spring North American tour. The dates can be seen here.
