With a new Gouldian Finch project on the way, San Holo is kicking off the weekend with a new song.

Titled "Lead Me Back," the track is perhaps not what some fans might have expected, a folk-electronic hybrid and admittedly his most personal. So personal he says he felt "naked" by releasing it.

"I think it’s a statement in terms of me creating the freedom to be able to do this," he says. "That even though ‘Lead Me Back' isn’t super electronic, it’s me creating the freedom for my own artist self to do this stuff."

The song was inspired by his constantly growing apart in relationships and why it keeps happening to him. "I thought about not releasing the song at all because it’s a very personal song, with me singing and playing the guitar, so I literally feel like I’m naked."
