Matthew Lurie is rallying a number of fellow musicians for his "supergroup" Matthew & The Mainstream, for which he's delivering an album called Rom Core, which is out in January.

But first up, Matthew is kicking things off with a perfect lead single called "Can't Believe (You're Living With Him)," a scalding yet playful track which happens to be a collaboration with Reggie Watts, the comedian and musician who is the bandleader and announcer for CBS's The Late Late Show with James Corden.

The song is one of 10 from a collection of 25 demos featuring work with Tim Young (Beck, Fiona Apple), Scott Seiver (Pete Yorn, Tears For Fears) and Christopher Thomas (Brian Blade Fellowship), with contributions from Watts, as well as others. The full album, Rom Core, is out Jan. 13.
