Alt-pop outfit 7715 is capping the summer with their seasonally appropriate new track "Lost in Boston," which is now accompanied by a video, premiering today on Variance.
The clip, directed by Ryan Blewett, finds the four-piece on a beautiful coastline, which the band insists was shot on the beaches of Boston. The new song comes along with news the rising group will release their debut EP, titled Encino, on Sept. 18.
“This video was super fun for us to film," says the band. "It was basically just the boys having a day party on the beautiful beaches of Boston, Massachusetts, while trying to remember the lyrics to the song. Ryan Blewett (our director) did his best to keep us all on camera at the same time and I think what we came up with perfectly sums up the vibe of the song.”
7715 is made up of songwriter JP Clark, who's previously worked with Blink-182, blackbear, Machine Gun Kelly and more; rapper Stu Da Boi; singer Tyler Wilson; and guitarist-producer Daniel Geraghty.
