Coming off a busy 2019, X Lovers, the Los Angeles-based duo of London Jackson and Jacob Ames, is back with new music in the form of their new song "LOVE."

The track arrived today and the accompanying video is premiering today on Variance, offering a preview of the duo's upcoming Mad World EP, which is expected to be released sometime this fall.

"Our new song 'LOVE' means everything to us," says Jackson. "Jake and I were talking and thinking, 'what does falling in love sound like?' And we tried creating that—the best, most infectious feeling on the planet, so subsequently we are obsessed with this song! We started this song and then completely forgot about it. A few months later we happened to listen to it again and were like, 'we have to finish this!!!' Then we spent a lot of time perfecting it to exactly how we envisioned it in our heads and to how you hear it today!"

"LOVE" follows X Lovers' breakout hit "Play Your Game," which rocketed up U.S. radio and was featured on the pair's 2019 project virgin.
