When is BROCKHAMPTON's new album coming out? Next month, according to Kevin Abstract.

He shared an update Sunday night on Twitter, first revealing the project, now titled Iridescence, will be released in September. He then shared some artwork, while teasing "brand new music."

Likely referencing the album title changes and release date postponements, the BROCKHAMPTON ringleader also clarified he doesn't mean to "lead anyone on or anything." He added: "I just want us to keep making stuff we’re proud of and put it out when we’re ready. I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say thank you for your patience."

As of earlier this year, the group had been aiming to release an album called Puppy in June. But after Ameer Vann departed following sexual misconduct allegations, Abstract and Co. took a break, returning in June with a performance on NBC's The Tonight Show, while teasing an album titled the best years of our lives.

It appears Iridescence would replace the two aforementioned album titles. The project will be the followup to their Saturation trilogy, released last year.
