Mystery producer Steven Zhu (aka ZHU) has unveiled plans for a spring Neon City Tour, with support from rising crooner Gallant.

ZHU shared news of the tour in the form of a recorded prank call with a ticket scalper, along with word that he'll be debuting a new song Thursday on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show.
