Fans waiting for new material from Drake may not have to wait much longer, according to Toronto Raptors shooting guard DeMar DeRozan.

When asked about Drake's support during a NBA.com interview on Tuesday, DeRozan said: “It's incredible having the type of artist of his magnitude to be able to support us ... I talked to [Drake] the other night, actually he said he wanted to give me his mixtape that come out in January."

While Drizzy himself hasn't yet mentioned anything about a mixtape, he's suggested he plans to release his next full-length album, Views from the 6, by spring 2015.
