Masked outfit The Hour is back with new music.

The mysterious band, which debuted last year with a steady stream of music capped by their Mother EP, on Friday released an emotional new song called "Overdue." The track is the first off their upcoming Father EP.

"'Overdue' is about losing a child before it’s born," says frontman Josh of the deeply personal track. "It’s about longing for something so badly for so long, only for it to be lost before it ever comes to pass. It’s about love & hope and trying to move forward as best we can."
