Kanye West's new album is finally here.
After weeks of teasing and false starts, Jesus Is King arrived Friday—albeit late.
The rapper, who had largely been silent on Twitter for the past several months, tweeted early Monday morning a new release date for his album Jesus Is King, which had initially been teased for a Sept. 27 release date and was then shelved until Sept. 29 before losing any kind of release date altogether.
The 11-track new album, Ye's ninth studio record overall, comes on the same day as his new documentary, also called Jesus Is King. It's out today in IMAX theaters.
Jesus Is King follows West's 2018 solo record Ye as well as his collaborative Kids See Ghosts project with Kid Cudi. He has since said he intends to only release gospel music now, having recently suggested he considered quitting rapping completely.
