It's another winner for Franc Moody as they continue to tease their upcoming sophomore album Into the Ether.

The group on Tuesday released their gummy new single "I'm in a Funk," which turns a doldrum into super infectious pop, which they've already proven as their master craft. And while there's no word yet on when exactly the album arrives, this definitely sets the stage in the perfect way.

According to the band, the track "was a song born in the heart of lockdown when we had to write remotely, sending bits of music to each other," they note. "The vocal we wanted to be a three-piece harmony, inspired by RnB groups like TLC. Lyrically we channeled the collective feelings of the time, being cooped up, unable to see loved ones and unable to do the things we’d normally do."
