Tracy Morgan's lawyer is suggesting the 45-year-old comedian's future in performing is still unclear, nearly four months after a June 7 multi-vehicle crash in New Jersey.
"The jury's still out," Benedict Morelli told The New York Post's Page Six. “The doctors don’t know the answer. I don’t know the answer."
Those comments follow news earlier this week that Walmart is putting the blame on Morgan for his own injuries because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt. The company, which has raked in more than $475 billion this year, said in a 28-page response to the actor's lawsuit that "all or a portion of the injuries" could have been prevented had seatbelts been worn.
Morgan remains in rehab for speech, as well as cognitive and physical therapy.
