Day 2 of the 17th annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival was a hot one. But performances from the likes of Muse and Paramore gave fans in Manchester, Tennessee plenty to celebrate.

Also part of the fest's Friday lineup were Sheryl Crow, Khalid, Sturgill Simpson, A R I Z O N A, T-Pain, Denzel Curry and Japanese Breakfast.

It wasn't all good news, however, as a man was found dead in his vehicle Friday morning. "Never sleep in a running car," festival organizers warned attendees on Twitter following the incident, also advising fans to watch out for neighbors: "If your car or generator is running make sure your exhaust is pointed away from your neighbors."

Besides the A-list performers, the heat has been center stage this weekend, with temps topping 90 degrees each day so far and the heat index exceeding that. Fans may get a "break" on Saturday thanks to a chance of thunderstorms.

Bonnaroo continues Saturday with performances from Eminem, Bon Iver, Anderson .Paak, Chic with Nile Rodgers, LANY, Moses Sumney, What So Not and more.
