Frank Ocean has penned another open letter this week, something he hasn't done much of in recent months. In the brief letter, he discusses the fact that his current tour schedule is "ambiguous," with no set end date in sight, although he mentions that there restrictions on how long he can tour because he's currently in the studio working on music.

After months of rumors and very little explanation, Joy Williams (one half of the duo The Civil Wars) has confirmed what most fans had already speculated.
