Frank Ocean Discusses Current Tour, Egypt & Nelson Mandela in New Open Letter

Frank Ocean has penned another open letter this week, something he hasn't done much of in recent months. In the brief letter, he discusses the fact that his current tour schedule is "ambiguous," with no set end date in sight, although he mentions that there restrictions on how long he can tour because he's currently in the studio working on music.

He also expresses his desire to perform in Cairo, Egypt, but due to the chaos there, that is on the back burner. He suggests that instead of a trip to the rioting country, he may stop in South Africa to "place some flowers" for Nelson Mandela, whose health has reportedly worsened in recent days.
