Liverpool's Mike Nelson (aka BANNERS) has released a glowing new single "Firefly."

The shimmering new track, which arrived on Friday, is the latest preview of the singer's upcoming sophomore EP, which is expected to be released later this fall. His previously released single "Someone to You," which has become an alternative radio favorite, will also be included on the project.

"'Firefly' is about meeting someone who makes you feel brand new, like you can be anything," says BANNERS about the new track. "The feeling that any distance between you is too far and that nothing and nobody else in the world really matters."
