Cut Copy is back, just in time for the summer.

The Aussie outfit on Thursday released "Airborne," their first official single in four years and a glimpse at the new material the band has been working on, having been "recording in studios around the world," according to a press release.

The spellbinding cut follows a handful of mixtapes, including last year's January Tape.

It's unclear if "Airborne" is meant to precede a full-length, but Cut Copy does seem to be gearing up for a busier second half of this year, with a number of live shows scheduled throughout the coming months, including a performance later this month at Splendour in the Grass in Australia, as well as multiple festival appearances in the States.

Hear "Airborne" below and stay tuned for more.
