After previously suggesting he had been working in the studio with U.K. producer duo Disclosure, Nile Rodgers is now sharing the finished product.

"Together" arrives as a standalone track on the heels of what has been a rather incredible year for both acts.

Featuring Disclosure collaborator Sam Smith with producer Jimmy Napes, the track was recorded at Timber Street Studios in London.
