After experiencing a steady rise over the past year, G Flip is kicking off 2019 with two new songs.

The Melbourne artist, born Georgia Flipo, has released "Drink Too Much" and "Bring Me Home," two very different offerings but both further revealing the depth of her talents.

On "Drink Too Much," the singer says: "I wrote it after a big night at Melbourne club Revolver. I used to be a bit of a party animal back in the day before I settled down to take my career seriously. My music is a bit like an open diary. It’s a fun song but it also tells how I was feeling at the time: I got dumped, I was lonely and I was young and dumb."

"Bring Me Home" is definitely more of a confessional, emotional track.

"2018 was an epic, exciting, exhausting year for me and my brain struggled to keep up," she says. "I had quite a bit of anxiety and frankly, it scared the shit out of me. It was really overwhelming and this song is about that. It’s ok not to be ok sometimes."
