As the weekend approaches, Kesha has released another new song, this time the empowering, rousing "Woman."

The song arrived Thursday with a video directed by the singer herself alongside her brother Lagan Sebert and shot at the Oddity Bar in Delaware. The track is a collaboration with late Sharon Jones’ band, the Dap-Kings, whose fingerprints are all over the buoyant cut.

"I'm a motherfucking woman, baby, alright / I don't need a man to be holding me too tight," Kesha declares on the new song, before later adding: "Don't buy me a drink, I make my money / Don't touch my weave, don't call me 'honey' / 'Cause I run my shit, baby."

"Woman" follows last week's release of "Praying," both from Kesha's long-awaited album Rainbow, which arrives on Aug. 11.
