Chelsea Handler's Chelsea Lately concluded its seven-year run on Tuesday, and there were plenty of friends to help her wrap the show.

The biggest moment of the night was when Handler was joined onstage by her many A-list guests for a parody of "We Are the World" titled "Goodbye to E!."

Among those in attendance: Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, 50 Cent, Melissa McCarthy, Dave Grohl, Fergie, Leah Remini, Selena Gomez, Gerard Butler, Minnie Driver, Kristen Chenoweth, Trace Adkins, Avril Lavigne, Kelly Osbourne, Helen Hunt, Russell Westbrook, Johnny Knoxville, Tim Gunn, Anna Faris, Sophia Bush, Allison Janney, Alessandra Ambrosio, Kathy Griffin, Kevin Nealon, Marlee Matlin, Wiz Khalifa and David Hasselhoff.

As we previously reported, Handler is joining forces with Netflix to create a new talk show in 2016. She is also working on a standup special for the streaming service which will debut on Oct. 10.
