It turns out there was a lot more to Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj's steamy spin class performance at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards. 

Grande has now released the video for "Side to Side," her collaboration with Minaj. And it's essentially an extended cut of their onstage performance, with Grande leading a spin class with her dancers before joining Minaj in the sauna while surrounded by some muscular men who are rather lifeless.
